Once your payment succeeds and the order is confirmed, a Cancel order button stays on the order screen for 1 minute. Tap it within that time and the order is cancelled immediately and refunded in full.

We start cooking the moment an order reaches the kitchen. After the 1 minute is up, the Cancel button disappears and the order can no longer be cancelled — by you or by us — because the food is already being made to order in a wood-fired oven.

Very occasionally we have to cancel an order ourselves. That happens when:

• an item turns out to be sold out after you ordered it
• your address turns out to be outside the area that outlet can deliver to safely
• nobody is reachable on the mobile number given for the order
• the kitchen has to close unexpectedly (a power cut, equipment failure or a safety issue)

If we cancel, you pay nothing and the full amount is refunded. We will call or message you on the number linked to your account to explain.

If our rider cannot reach you — the address cannot be found, nobody comes to the door, or the phone is unreachable — the rider will wait and try to call you. If we still cannot hand the order over, it is treated as delivered and is not refunded, because the food has been cooked and travelled to you.

Please keep your phone reachable after ordering, and add a landmark to your saved address if your building is hard to find.

We cannot edit an order once it is placed. Within the 1 minute you can cancel it and order again with the right items. After that, please call the outlet and we will help if the food has not gone in the oven yet, though we cannot promise it.

Every cancellation under this policy is refunded to the original payment method. The refund policy explains the timeline.
