Only what we need to cook your food and bring it to you:

• your mobile number, which you verify with a one-time code — this is how you log in
• your name and email address, for your order confirmation and bill
• your delivery addresses and their map location, so the rider can find you
• your orders: items, amounts, payment status and delivery status
• basic technical information every website receives, such as your IP address and browser, which we use to stop abuse of the one-time-code system

We have no passwords — logging in is by one-time code only.

We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details. Payments are handled on the payment provider's own systems, and we only receive whether the payment succeeded.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches other companies only where the order could not happen otherwise:

• our SMS provider, to deliver your one-time code
• our payment provider, to take the payment
• Google Maps, to show the map and turn your pin into an address
• the delivery rider, who sees your name, address and phone number for that one order
• our restaurant software, which passes the order to the kitchen

We also share information when the law requires it.

We use a small number of cookies, all of them necessary for the site to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

• a login cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days
• a location cookie that remembers the address you chose, so prices and delivery times are right

Your cart is kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, until you place the order.

Saved addresses stay until you delete them or delete your account. Order records and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. One-time codes are deleted shortly after they expire.

From your account page you can edit your name and email, change your mobile number, and add, edit or delete saved addresses at any time.

You can also delete your account. Your saved addresses are deleted straight away. Past orders are kept, because GST records must be, but your account can no longer be logged into.

This site is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
