This website is run by SS Brick and Clay Private Limited, registered at Plot No. A-17/13, Unit-7, Surya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha 751003. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person placing the order.

Our FSSAI licence number is 12026033000346. A copy of the licence is linked in the footer.

You log in with your own mobile number and a one-time code. Keep that number with you — anyone who can read codes sent to it can order on your account, and orders placed that way are treated as yours.

Give us a name, email address and delivery address that are accurate. We cannot deliver to an address that does not exist, and we do not refund an order that failed because the address was wrong.

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

We deliver within 7 km of an outlet that is taking online orders. The website checks your pin against that area before you can save an address or check out, so if we cannot reach you, you will be told before you pay.

Our kitchens are open 12:30 PM – 11:30 PM every day. Delivery times shown on the site are honest estimates, not promises: traffic, weather and how busy the kitchen is all affect them.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the rate shown on your bill. A packaging charge and a delivery fee are added at checkout; the delivery fee depends on how far you are from the kitchen and is shown in full before you pay. The minimum order value is ₹249.

Every total you see is calculated on our servers from live menu prices at the moment you order. If a price on your screen is out of date, the total at checkout is the one that applies.

We may change prices, the menu and any charge at any time. Changes never affect an order already placed.

Adding items to your cart is not an order. A contract between us starts only when your payment succeeds and we confirm the order on screen.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is sold out, the address is outside our area, we cannot reach you, or we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Payment is taken online, through our payment provider, before the order reaches the kitchen. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Orders can be cancelled for a short window after they are placed, and refunds are made to the original payment method. The cancellation policy and the refund policy set out exactly how that works, and they form part of these terms.

Our food is cooked in a single kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a given allergen, and we cannot guarantee no cross-contact.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please call the outlet before ordering. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian items are marked on the menu and prepared separately wherever we can, but they share the same kitchen.

Eat your food soon after it arrives. We cannot take responsibility for food left out for a long time or reheated incorrectly.

Please do not try to break into the site, scrape it, overload it, place fake orders, or abuse the one-time-code system. We limit how many codes a number or a network can request, and we may suspend an account that is being misused.

The Brick and Clay name, logo, photographs, menu descriptions and the design of this website belong to us. Please do not copy them.

We take real care over the food we cook and the service we give. Where something goes wrong because of us, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Tell us first — most problems are sorted out the same day. Call the outlet or email us with your order number.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
