You get the whole amount back, including delivery and packaging charges, when:

• you cancel within the cancellation window shown on your order
• we cancel the order for any reason
• the order never arrives
• the wrong order is delivered
• your money is taken but the order is not confirmed (a failed payment)

If something is missing from the bag, or an item arrives damaged, spilled or clearly not fit to eat, we refund that item in full. Tell us within 4 hours of delivery and send a photo if you can — it helps us fix the problem in the kitchen.

Taste is personal, so we do not refund an item simply because it was not to your liking. If something was genuinely wrong with how it was cooked, tell us and we will make it right.

Call the outlet that delivered your order, or email us with your order number and what went wrong. The order number is on your order screen and in your confirmation message.

We answer every refund request within 24 hours.

Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with — we cannot send a refund anywhere else.

• UPI: usually the same day, up to 3 working days
• Cards and net banking: 5–7 working days, depending on your bank
• Wallets: usually within 24 hours

Once we release a refund the timing is in your bank's hands. If it has not arrived after 7 working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it with the payment provider.

If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, do not pay again. Banks usually reverse these automatically within 5–7 working days. If it does not come back, send us the order time and the payment reference and we will trace it.
